At Newmarket open show today Woody, Gem and Ruby all won their classes under Lyn Norton with Woody awarded Best Dog, Gem reserve best bitch and reserve BOB and Ruby gaining Best Puppy and Group 4 under Peter Radley.

Another sad day at Borderbeau
Afer following a stroke 2 weeks ago we had to make the decision to have our Alfie PTS, Alfie never really recovered from this and had gone downhill in his last 24 hours, although always a difficult choice to make we felt that it was the correct choice to save further suffering.

After the heaviest rain for several years it was off to the Norfolk Show where the Borderbeau show team swept the board again! Sammi won the yearling class and post grad pastoral, Woody won open dog and BOB. Now for the girls,Mica had a blue day 2nd postgrad and 2nd limit pastoral and Adams' Gem won first in puppy BP and pastoral puppy group2,Breed judge Alan Archer(Squirrelsdrey)Pastoral and group judge Mick Taylor (Bruernish)So another very good day all round.

Today our Alfie (SH CH Borderbeau Country Choice) suffered a stroke and we are keeping our fingers crossed that he will recover.

Today Woodys' certificate comes through from the Kennel Club so its official he can now have more letters after his name! Then off to Newmarket Open show where Borderbeau had a brilliant day winning four classes with Gem, Sammi, Mica and Woody who got Best dog and BOB and Mica Best bitch and RBob.(Judge C. Rowsell)

Sammi gets his stud book number and after gaining 2nd in Limit Dog, Gem placed 3rd in Puppy Bitch Class (judge Mr J Horswell)

Sad day at Borderbeau
We had to make the decision to to have Ellie PTS to save her from suffering, at almost 17 years old she now is at peace, she is now with her son Teddy and her litter brother Robbie.
